Guests with Accessible Needs

There will be handicap permit parking for those who wish to park onsite. Guests with handicap permit parking will still need to purchase an onsite parking pass for the Event. ADA accessible trams are available onsite during the Event.

Tickets can be purchased onsite at the ticket gates upon arrival.

Stolen/Misplaced Tickets

All event tickets should be treated like cash. We do not replace lost or misplaced tickets/products. For tickets that are emailed, please contact the Ticket Office at (877) 332-7804 or [email protected].

 

Ticket Cancellation Policy

All tickets purchased from the Ticket Office are final sales, made on a no-refund, no-exchange basis. We have a strict no cancellation process once the sale is made.

 

Credit Card Processing Fee

There is a credit card processing fee added to every order on our online website. The processing order is based on the amount purchased. Please check the Event’s ticket site to view the processing fee percentage per order.

The Ticket Office (online, onsite and telephone) accepts cash or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). Payment must be made in full at the time of the order. ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL – NO REFUNDS.
