Based on the latest information and expert analysis, the 2020 Honda Indy Grand Prix of Alabama presented by AmFirst will be canceled as scheduled April 3-5. This decision was reached after carefully consulting with the NTT INDYCAR SERIES, Barber Motorsports Park, Birmingham City officials, and State of Alabama public health professionals.

Based on the latest developments and recommendations from public health officials, all track activity at Barber Motorsports Park has been suspended through April 1st. We will continue to actively monitor the situation and take precautions to ensure the health and safety of our community. The Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum will also temporarily close to the public until April 4th or the COVID-19 risk diminishes. This includes programs and events through April 4th. We believe this closure is the best way to protect our staff, patrons, and volunteers, while also supporting public health officials in their efforts to slow the spread of COVID-19.
