The ticket office (online, on-site, and telephone) accepts cash or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express). Payment must be made in full at the time of the order.

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL – NO REFUNDS.

ON-SITE
Tickets can be purchased onsite at the ticket gates upon arrival.

All event tickets should be treated like cash. We do not replace lost or misplaced tickets/products. For tickets that are emailed, please contact the Ticket Office at (877) 332-7804 or [email protected].

All tickets purchased from the Ticket Office are final sales, made on a no-refund, no-exchange basis. We have a strict no cancellation process once the sale is made.

There is a credit card processing fee added to every order on our online website. The processing order is based on the amount purchased. Please check the Event’s ticket site to view the processing fee percentage per order.

There will be handicap permit parking for those who wish to park onsite. Guests with handicap permit parking will still need to purchase an onsite parking pass for the Event. ADA accessible trams are available onsite during the Event.
