Volunteer Information

Volunteers play a vital role in the success of the 2017 13th Annual Barber Vintage Festival Presented by Triumph. We will be enlisting the help of approximately 150 volunteers to work on various committees, but more importantly, we want to ensure that each individual has a once-in-a-lifetime experience!


The 2017 13th Annual Barber Vintage Festival Presented by Triumph volunteer package includes:

Event T-Shirt and Hat

Meals provided for each volunteer shift 

Volunteer credential (valid for entire weekend)


One (1) 3-day guest pass

3-day parking 

Half priced Ace Corner Tickets

FREE Sunday Parade Lap if AT LEAST 2 shifts are completed

Cost: $35! (retail value of $180)



A description of each committee is available for you to review while completing the online volunteer application. Each volunteer has the opportunity to choose between three (3) committee preferences. Committee assignments are granted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Click here for more information on the various job committee descriptions.



All volunteers are required to work a minimum of 2 shifts over the course of the weekend to qualify for volunteer giveaways and prizes. Shifts are approximately 4-6 hours long, but can vary depending on the committee. You will need to select your availability on the online application. The times you select are not your final schedule. Once shift assignments have been made, volunteers can view their schedule through their volunteer online profile.
